~Arrivals~ Part 3: JG's Birthday

Told from Jenna-Grace's POV

I'm sitting in the yard, alone.

It's my birthday. I told the girls I didn't want a party or anything. No gifts. Nothing.

Then Isabelle came and sat next to me.

I kinda stared at her.

Then Sophia and Lucy came and stood behind her. They were giggling like...
IDK...
Deranged My Little Ponies, or something.

Then Harriett came and sat next to me.
"Ok, what's going on?" I asked.
She shut her eyes and giggled.

Then I saw Molly. She was holding something behind her back.
"You didn't think we wouldn't get you anything, did you?"
she asked, laughing.

"Oh, come on Molly. I asked you not to..."

"You'll like this. I promise," She responded.

Then from behind her back...
a guitar.
a guitar.
a guitar.
She handed it to me.

I held it.

I strummed it.

I loved it.
I loved them.
How could I tell them I was leaving?

(AnonmousA here! I took a few photos... I couldn't resist. and CLIFFHANGER! HA!
NOW YOU'LL ALL BE IN SUSPENSE!)
I am weird.

So, after I took these photos I said to my mom,
"I can't get another doll. Six is perfect! So for a family photo I can have three in the back and three  in the front. Or, I could just buy two more. Four in back, four in front!"
My mom: "Good grief."

So....

So... I have no idea why Molly's Birthday has been reposted. I just absolutely have no clue! I'll try and figure out what happened and how to keep it from happening again. Sorry!

Edit: I have put it under April 8, 2015. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Quote Of The Week 2- Plus: ~Ella~

So, I didn't post the last Quote of the week... or the photoshoot MyLittleMegara requested. Luckily,
I'm ready for the next quote of the week!
Here we go:

"We must all face the choice between what is right and what is easy."
Remember:
I need you to tell me who said this quote. If you can say who said it, where, and when, I will be extremely impressed.
The person who gives the most accurate answer first wins. I am not publishing the comments until next Tuesday. This is honor system. Please do not use a search engine to find the answer. :)

Without further ado,
~Ella~
(Outfit chosen by Harriett, modeled by Molly, and poem by Isabelle.)

Ella
Where do you run with cinders on your face?

Ella
Having just been told that you're a disgrace?

Ella
Looking for hope, a prince, a chance?

Ella
Hoping that you'll get to dance?

Ella
For once in your life, you're running from a dream.

Ella
Midnight wasn't as far away as it seemed.

Ella
But was it all for naught?

Ella
Maybe this crown isn't as worthless as you thought.

Ella
Run to your prince. He won't care how you look.

Ella
Someday your story will be in the pages of a book.

Ella
Then you will inspire hope in someone hopeless.
Show them a light.

Ella
Really, you might.

Ella
Be a good queen.

Ella
Remember your stepmother and don't be mean.

Ella
And as you walk down those halls,

Ella
Going to those balls....
Don't forget your shoe!

Ella,
What are you going to do?

Arrivals: Part Two

I've now been with this family almost a week. But not in this house. I stayed with Miss A's aunt and uncle for a few days before we all traveled back to Miss A's house. Molly seems to be the nerdy type,Isabelle is pretty ditzy. Sophia is kind of a baby, Lucy is kind of prim, and Harriett is a fashion type. Not that I don't like them or anything, because I like them ok. It's just that I liked living with my aunt, Mia. She was a singer. But the child welfare people didn't like that I was constantly traveling and never in school.
From Jenna-Grace's diary, October 17, 2015

We now know that she misses her aunt.
What we don't know is who posted this diary entry on the web.
We do know that she is insecure because she has trouble reading.
She's afraid of being hurt.
She needs a friend.

To be continued....

Arrivals

We're back! We had an awesome time in Atlanta!
Molly got her hair done and the body scrub. (that's all I had pictures of!)

Now you're all wondering what I got.
NOTHING!
 I'm kidding.
I got several things, but first and foremost...

Grace, GOTY 2015!!! :D

Now, a story.

"Now.. a thing not set in stone.."
We see a girl, singing.

She walks up a winding path on an overcast day.

She's looking for something....
But what?
Even she doesn't know. She thinks she's
looking for a house.
But she's looking for something else. Something deeper.

The sun peeks out from behind the clouds making her bracelet glint in the
sunlight. She looks down at her shadow, still singing.
"We, a thing we never see."

She sees the house and abruptly stops her singing.
She looks briefly uncomfortable, but in a third of a second she is at the door.

She hesitates before she knocks.  Even when she does,
she knocks shyly, almost in a scared manner.

Two girls step out. One is dressed in a pink skirt and a t-shirt, and one
is in a pink riding jacket, boots, and jodhpurs.
"You must be Jenna-Grace, the foster girl!" said the blonde one.

All the shyness we saw is shrugged away, like a shawl we don't care for.
"Hey." she says bluntly.
Now you're saying, "Wait, is this a Dreamworks movie? Lots of emotion? Or Disney, lots of singing?"
But no. This is a story, like any other.

The brunette hugs her. "Hi Jenna-Grace! I'm Molly! To your new home, you are most indeed welcome!"  she says, stumbling over her words.
Jenna-Grace stands there, awkwardly. "Hi..." she says, putting one arm stiffly around Molly's shoulder.

"Come on in..." says Isabelle, nervously. Why doesn't Jenna-Grace like us?
Is it Molly?
The gardener in the background?
My clothes?!
But Jenna-Grace steps in.

CLIFF HANGER!
Don't worry, you will hear more about Jenna-Grace very soon.
